1. Platform scope

MCAI provides independent procedural support, documentation assistance, MLC navigation support, welfare escalation support, and referral coordination. MCAI is not a law firm, not a union, not a manning agency, and does not provide legal representation.

2. Membership and fees

Membership is currently offered as a monthly retainer subscription. Access to support tools and services depends on an active account and applicable payment status.

MCAI privacy commitment: MCAI treats member privacy as a core duty. We do not disclose your personal information, case details, or uploaded records to third parties without your approval.

If disclosure is legally required by court order, law, or immediate life-safety risk, MCAI will limit disclosure to the minimum necessary and document the basis for disclosure.

5. Service boundaries

MCAI support improves procedural readiness and escalation quality but does not guarantee legal outcomes, employment outcomes, or third-party decisions.

6. Acceptable use

Abusive behavior, fraudulent submissions, unauthorized account sharing, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Changes to terms

MCAI may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
